The Library welcomes donations, as long as they fall within the guidelines of the Library's Collection Development Policy.

All donations become the property of Goulburn Mulwaree Library. The Library reserves the right to accept, reject, sell, or otherwise dispose of any donated material. 

Donations must be:

• In 'as new' condition
• Published less than 2 years ago
• Contain current information

The following will not be accepted:

• Yellowed, dog-eared, watermarked, or grubby pages
• Faded or damaged covers
• Damaged spines or binding
• Underlined or highlighted text
• Incomplete series
• Musty, mildewed, or other unpleasant odours
• Spiral bindings, loose-leaf folders, puzzle or flap books, tiny books
• Scratched or dirty DVDs or CDs
• Cassettes and videos
• Magazines
