Monday Meditation

Every Monday, commencing Monday 6 May from 10:15am to 11:15am, you can come along to free guided meditations in the Library where you will learn simple techniques to help reduce stress and achieve the peace of true meditation. 

Suitable for both complete beginners and regular meditators.
